UPO is a Home Saver housing counseling agency with the District of Columbia’s Housing Finance Agency’s (DCHFA) foreclosure prevention program. The program assists District homeowners who have experienced involuntary job loss. If you are at risk of foreclosure, the goal is to help you maintain monthly mortgage payments, allowing you to remain in your home. The program has three components:

• Restore
