The eligibility requirements for all interested applicants must be D.C. residents, meet CSBG income guidelines, pass Casas assessment, pass drug screening and be age 18 or over. Registration and intake take place at 9:00 a.m. on the 1st Tuesday and the 1st Wednesday of each month.
