Youth Services Center

UPO's Youth Services Center was established in 2007 in response to the
growing need for services and support for youth and families. Since its
inception, the division has developed and implemented a host of programs
and initiatives that inspire youth and families to move towards self sufficiency.
The division operates programs year round and serves youth ranging in age
from 5 - 18 years old through activities and exercises with emphasis on academic
enrichment, cultural awareness, career exploration, job readiness and college preparation.
